Minnesota Companion Rabbit Society Membership Options
MCRS considers anyone who contributes their time or their financial support to MCRS to be members. However, neither is required - only an interest in rabbits as companion animals. All memberships will receive a subscription to our online newsletter that contains information about our activities, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and rabbit stories. Please note if you do not share your email address, you will not receive any newsletter.
Basic Membership
Basic Membership is available free to anyone who wants to learn more about rabbits and MCRS mission of helping homeless rabbits find homes.
Sustaining Membership
In addition to the Basic Membership, we encourage all who are able to support the mission by volunteering or becoming Sustaining Members. Sustaining Memberships are extremely valuable as they provide steady income to support all of MCRS' activities, including providing foster care for homeless rabbits and any veterinary care they need. For a small monthly amount, you can make a real difference for rabbits in this community.

Gift Memberships
MCRS also hopes you will consider gift memberships for those very special people in your life. How about a MCRS membership for your mom, your brother, your cousin or niece? For your colleague or day care provider? A gift membership can also be the perfect way to say thank you to your veterinarian, local animal shelter, or to your children's teachers!
The MCRS will mail a rabbit-themed card to the recipient telling them of your gift, along with a copy of our current newsletter. The recipient will receive a one year membership and membership benefits. If they have rabbits, recipients of gift memberships will also be mailed a modified membership form to collect info about their rabbits for MCRS membership surprises!
And remember, you can give a gift membership any time of year! It's great for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions celebrated by the animal-lovers in your life.
